Frets and Bows are very talented and so easy to work with. They played at my daughters wedding and did an awesome job! My daughter gave them some unusual and difficult pieces to play and they had no complaints. I would highly recommend them for any event you may be having.

I was so excited when I found fretsandbows through gigmasters. We were getting married in a very remote location and they were willing to travel to us for our ceremony. They did an amazing job and were awesome to work with!! This was a destination wedding for us so unfortunately I don't have more people to recommend them to but I will be telling the venue about them so they may be able to pass along the recommendation to any future weddings. I honestly don't think I could have possibly found anyone better than these two!

Joseph and Tracy were amazing!! They are extremely talented and easy to work with. The combination of guitar and violin was exactly what we were envisioning for our rustic but traditional outdoor ceremony. We had lots of guests make a point to tell us how much they loved the music. I HIGHLY recommend Frets and Bows!

Joseph and Tracy were so easy to work with. We hired them for our ceremony prelude and cocktail hour. They arrived at the venue extra early to set up and they were extremely nice, easygoing and professional. Unfortunately, I was whisked away to take pictures during the cocktail hour but they sounded so amazing from what I did hear and all my family and guests raved about how beautiful the music was. I would definitely hire them again.

Joseph played so beautifully at my cancer free celebration!!! All my guests were entertained by his beautiful music and professional demeanor as well as pleasantness. I would definitely hire him and even his wife, who plays professionally as a violinist, for a future event.

The music was absolutely wonderful. They are extremely talented and had a great selection of music picked out for our guests to enjoy. We didn't have any awkward pauses or changes in music and knew exactly what to do and how to time everything. They work very well as a duo and I couldn't have selected better musicians.

Joseph and his wife of Frets and Bows were a complete pleasure to have at our wedding. Not only were they professional and on-time, they were beautiful musicians with so much talent. That they offered to learn any songs we might have wanted played in addition to any traditional wedding music really made our entire day that much more special. If you're looking for a boutique and unique musical accompaniment to event, I really do feel Frets and Bows would be the perfect choice.

Our Company and guests enjoyed listening to this duo. Initially, our guests thought we had music playing from a recording and were surprised and impressed by the duo's performance. The duo performed acoustic Christmas music and it was beautiful.

Frets and Bows is a very talented Duo! Unfortunately, they arrived late for our wedding and missed the booked start time of our ceremony where we had hoped to have live music for our guests. They did play for cocktail hour and through a part of dinner, which was lovely. They were very accommodating in music selections and once they started to play, all the guest were very happy.

Unfortunately, we were late, but it wasn't for lack of trying. There are two roads with the same name, and we ended up at the wrong one, and hour early for the event. =/ We did however, only arrive 9min late for the ceremony, and offered to play it if everyone could wait and the wedding planner declined our offer. We also offered to discount 70% of what was owed in order to make amends. We also ended up giving the client an extra half hour of music during the dinner more than we had quoted in the original time-price discussion.

We were all very pleased with the way the presented themselves. Very professional and accommodating. We only heard them on the internet before the wedding and we were very pleased with the music they chose and how they sounded. Would definitely recommend them and use them again given the opportunity.

For my son's rehearsal dinner, I wanted someone who reflected the tone, warmth and atmosphere of our venue. What drew me to FretsandBows initially was that they were a duo - acoustic guitar and violin. Secondly, they had a terrific sampling of their music online. When I contacted them, they were very fast getting back to me and I discovered that the violin portion of their duo was booked. When I really thought about it, I was super excited about the simple acoustic guitar for our venue. Joe was extremely professional and very easy to work with. He played this past weekend and we could not be happier with his music selection and talent. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Easygoing, talented and professional, Frets&Bows were the perfect duo for our ceremony music. Music is really important to us and we're pretty picky in this area, but these guys were just wonderful. They handled all our (many) questions in a friendly, professional, prompt way and the music itself was perfect - exactly what we hoped for. Live musicians of this calibre definitely add a special touch to a wedding ceremony and their price is unbeatable. Strongly recommended.
