Items we recommend for you to have on hand include: - Vodka,Tequila, Bourbon Whiskey, Campari, Cointreau, Sparkling Wine - Red Bull,Tonic Water, Soda Water, Tomato Vegetable Juice, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice - Worcester Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, Green Olives, Limes, Celery, Salt and Pepper, and Maple Syrup. Getting thirsty? We could go on forever but 15 minutes to an hour will have to do if you want us to remember the words or keep singing in tune! Sometimes during a long conference or team meeting it's important to get up and MOVE!!!! The days of “it ain't over 'til the fat lady sings” are no more! Even us opera singers can't afford to lie around all day on the couch and rise only to pump out pretty notes! We have to pump a little iron too, and a little moving about they say is good for everybody. We think it's particularly good during long online conferences or team meetings. STAGEATHOME encourages safety first and will always start with: - fun stretching exercises, before we turn up the heat with - yoga and aerobic workouts AND - for the adventurous with a spouse at home, they can try to go vertical with some challenging Acro-Yoga routines.
