Tom Allan Variety Band provides a big sound performing as a quintet, quartet, trio, duo, or as a one man band. Styles of music include Swing, Dixie, Ballroom Dancing, Country Western, Old Tyme Rock, German, Italian, French music, and Easy Listening dinner music. Our instrumentation, depending on the size of the band or style of music, includes tenor and alto saxophones, clarinet, flute, trumpet, trombone, guitar, banjo, tuba, drums, electronic accorgan, accordion and also vocals. We perform for private parties, including weddings, anniversaries, holidays, and corporate parties. Also we specialize in performing at Oktoberfest, Italian, and French festivals. Venues we have performed at include the El Jebel Shrine Ballroom, Elks Lodges, city dance centers, and private party locations such as hotel and event centers. We also provide music at various outdoor locations for Oktoberfest and Italian festivals.
