David Scott Binanay Violinist from Raleigh, NC

I am the Triangles most versatile violinist, able to play classical, fiddle, and rock/blues. I trained for 25 years as a classical violinist, including time spent studying under Sharon Zimmerman and Brian Reagan, current Concert Master of the NC Symphony. In a creative break I learned to improvise. Now rooted in Durham, I have resumed teaching violin and performing throughout the Triangle at weddings and special events. I am available for any occasion from private party to wedding. I have performed at over one hundred weddings and countless gigs. My repertoire includes traditional & contemporary pieces. I love working with couples to find the perfect music for their day! I gladly meet with couples to demonstrate songs and discuss the music selection.
