Our daughter got married in June and I found Gunpowder Soup online. I watched all the videos and thought they would be good. I had no idea that how good! They were professional from the first call I had with Jeanine until the time the band quit playing. They were fun, got the crowd going from the start, followed all instructions perfectly and made the reception so much fun! We are two months past and people are still telling me how great the band was! I can honestly say GPS was the best band at any wedding we have been to and on top of all that they are reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier with our choice ad would hire them again in an instant!

I was looking for a well rounded band that played both great dance and country music for our daughter's wedding. I found Gunpowder Soup on the internet and really liked their style, look and song choices posted on their website. It felt a bit risky for such an important event, never hearing them, but after talking to Jeanine, i was satisfied with her responses and the fair pricing. I was confident it was a good choice. However, it was a GREAT choice! The band was energetic, fun, professional, extremely talented, kept the dance floor full all night and made a wonderful wedding reception even better! We received comments all evening about the quality of the band and i'm sure we will hear it for a very long time!

“We hired Gunpowder Soup and they have a very good blend of country, pop, rock, and Latin music. Very engaging and interactive with the crowd as well with a microphone you can sing from and instruments to play. They were also very reasonably priced compared to some of the other bands we looked into. Fair warning, if you tell the band that you like Bust A Move, you will be singing it on stage with them. I highly recommend this band for your wedding; they will get the crowd moving.”

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! We're from Colorado so when we started looking or a band for our nuptials we didn't know where to begin. Luckily, we found Gun Powder Soup on YouTube and were confident that they would be great. They were 100x better than we expected which is saying a lot considering we knew they would be a blast. They interact with the guests and make it so fun to be part of the party. I've never had so much fun at a wedding reception and it's just a bonus that it our wedding. My only regret is that we didn't have a longer reception because we could've danced all night long to their entertaining set. You will not regret hiring them for your event.

If you're looking for a truly talented band who will make ALL of your guests get up and dance, sing, even play instruments - THIS IS YOUR BAND! They are extremely well-organized, and professional during the contract phase - I didn't have to worry at all about the logistics and setup on the day of my wedding. And each musician is amazingly talented in performing, singing, etc. Our guests are still coming to my husband and I telling us how amazing this band was and how our wedding was the most fun they have had. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!
