With a voice that’s as versatile as it is heartfelt, and an accomplished classical and finger-style guitarist, Boston area's Elise & Young bring a profound passion for music. With decades of dedicated practice and a deep understanding of the art form, Elise & Young seamlessly combine their talents to form a memorable melodic experience. Both have built a diverse catalog of music, including albums and singles across genres such as pop, country, jazz, classical, cinematic/new-age, Broadway-style ballads and more. Mark began his journey by studying under locally renowned guitar instructors, honing his skills and technique delving deeply into the rich repertoire of classical guitar, while Christine has performed at a range of renowned venues in Boston and New England and draws on a rich musical heritage as the granddaughter of Italian opera singer Luigi Vena, combining inspiration from the greats of the past. Known for their live shows, writing and body of solo work, Christine Elise and Mark Young have long been performing in the New England music scene. Their devotion to the craft and entertainment accolades are consistently met with rave reviews.
