Noelle & Tyler Acoustic Duo from Watertown, CT

Having performed separately for years as professional musicians, Noelle and Tyler join their unique sounds to bring you blues-y, harmonized covers of some of the best folk rock from the 60s and 70s (including songs by the Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, and many more). They perform many newer hits and original material as well. They are based in Watertown, CT, and play regularly at restaurants and bars in the area. They are also available for private events, corporate parties, house concerts, or any other event requiring music. Tyler and Noelle are also available individually: Tyler as a solo acoustic act and Noelle as a studio singer or choral musician. Noelle Chave is a classically-trained vocalist and instrumentalist who works as a full-time musician and private teacher. She earned a degree in music education from Western Connecticut State University and graduated Magna cum Laude in 2009. She grew up listening to the rich vocal harmonies of groups from the 50s, 60s, and 70s, including The Mamas and the Papas, The Beach Boys, and The Beatles. More often than not, she taught herself to sing harmony to her favorite songs before learning the melody. Tyler Mahard is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He quickly developed a passion for classic rock during his early teens. Already a formally-trained drummer, he then taught himself to play guitar and began writing and recording his own music. Since then, he has been the drummer, guitarist, songwriter, and vocalist in numerous rock ensembles. As a songwriter, he is strongly influenced by the works of Paul Simon, Neil Young, and Bob Dylan.
