Stellwagen Acoustic Duo from Salisbury, MA

Stellwagen is an acoustic duo based on the Seacoast area of the Massachusetts North Shore, coastal New Hampshire and southern Maine. We have been playing together for about 30 years and have an extensive repertoire of classic rock, folk, and nautical songs. Our tagline is “folk and rock with a dash of sea salt.” Both of us are guitarists and singers, though we also mix in other instrumentation depending on the song. Rob plays both 6- and 12-string guitar, harmonica and percussion while Jim plays 6-string and mandolin. We’ve played many types of venues including festivals, concerts, pubs, coffee houses, and private events, often learning requested songs as necessary. We are not all soft background music nor are we going to blow the roof off anyplace. We’ve been in rock bands and though we cover classics we bend the material to fit two players with acoustic instruments. If you want seasoned professionals at a reasonable cost give us a look.
