Eric Dodd Acoustic Guitarist from Atlanta, GA

With his roots on Lake Oconee, Georgia outside of two major music hubs in the southeast, Eric has a unique Alternative Country sound difficult to define and hard to compare to just one artist. Lake Oconee lies an hour south of Athens and an hour east of Atlanta. Fans and critics say his sound is a cross between Keith Urban and John Mayer. When those powers collide, you have Eric Dodd. It just so happens, Lake Oconee is where Grammy award winner, Zac Brown, ran a Bluebird Cafe-esque bar, "Zac's Place" and honed his sound. Eric was Zac's right-hand opener most nights and also shared the stage with him at the legendary Georgia Theatre in Athens.
