Evan Murphy is a singer and guitarist from Boston, MA. He grew up doing theater, singing and performing. While studying Music and Theater at Boston College, he became serious about becoming an instrumentalist, and devoted himself to guitar. Evan graduated in 2012 and cut his teeth in Boston and New York City, playing with and learning from some of the best professionals in the folk music scene. He now performs around the country and internationally with his band Mile Twelve and as a solo artist. Evan specializes in Bluegrass, Country, Folk, Blues and Americana. He is available to play private concerts, events, parties, weddings and more. He prides himself on both professionalism and fun.
