Giles Corey combines soothing, passionate vocals and leaping acoustic guitar lines in a solo performance that is earthy and unique. His repertoire delves into the great classic rock songbook, as well as vintage soul and down-home blues. Giles, a veteran of the Chicago music scene, has toured and recorded with blues greats like Bo Diddley, Otis Rush, and Syl Johnson . Since he began his career in 1992, he has played concerts and festivals across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Japan, and lent his guitar stylings to over a dozen recordings. Currently, Giles fronts the up-and-coming Chicago band Lubriphonic, touring night clubs and festivals throughout the midwest.
