Jason Portizo Acoustic Guitarist from Toms River, NJ

Jason Portizo has been part of the NJ Shore music scene since 2002. As a guitarist and bassist he's played in nearly every bar and club in New Jersey as well as several across the country on tour. Jason plays regularly as the bass player for cover band Don't Know Jack and with his solo live looping show called "The Broken Record" As a solo artist, Jason plays acoustic versions of songs ranging from recent rock/alternative to pop classics. His arrangements branch out to other genres such as motown, soul, R&B, and hip-hop. While Jason takes the stage alone, he has help from some electronics and effects units so he never sounds like "just one guy". As a band, Don't Know Jack plays the best in pop to make your party a dance party.
