Jeff Brown - Variety Acoustic Guitar and Vocal One Man Band from Huntersville, NC

I have been singing and playing solo variety acoustic guitar (with harmonica and ukulele) professionally as a full-time musician in the Charlotte area since 2000. With over 600 eclectic songs in my repertoire, I can please almost any age range and style preference, from old standards, classic country to 60's - 70's classic/psychedelic rock, folk R&B and standard blues. You won't hear what everyone else always plays, and I often hear someone say, "You play my favorite songs"! In addition, I pay close attention to volume, so that your customers, family and friends can enjoy conversation, but still listen to the music! I use a hand-programmed drum machine as rhythm backup, as well as a looping machine, to provide texture and a "band-like" feel, for those times when the mood turns to dancing! I incorporate a technique known as "fingerstyle" to my guitar playing, so you won't just be listening to someone strum chords! My playing is very intricate and interesting and I will often take a song and completely change the style, to give it more of an original feel! I also play lots of original music when the atmosphere turns to a more listening basis.
