We hired John to play at a private corporate dinner held at a winery. He read the crowd correctly and played tastefully. Our group really enjoyed the added touch, which made the evening all the more enjoyable. John is skillful and passionate about his artistry. It is evident in the way he plays. He's also very personable, easy to work with and accommodating. We would book John again. Additionally, the owner of the establishment was also quite impressed with John's performance.

John is a great entertainer and true professional. He drove almost 3 hours to our house, showed up on time, brought all his equipment & was ready in no time. Hie is an excellent singer & guitar player. We were having a birthday party for my 70year old hubby & 60 year old family friend. John had the Perfect repertoire of songs, from Van Morrison rock, Darius Rucker’s Wagon Wheel, 60’s, 70’s, country, rock & roll...he did the Irish during song “Wild Rover”, gave thanks with “Hallelujah” and killed it with “American Pie”. He made the party a huge success and a birthday to remember. I would highly recommend John Mullen for any event.
