Corporate FunctionReviewed on September 4, 2013From Carmel, CA

John's performance was a wonderful addition to our event. He was great to work with during the planning process, and was a true professional on-site. I would definitely consider using him again on future programs.

Wedding CeremonyReviewed on May 5, 2012From Guerneville, CA

John Chapman was a true blessing at our beautiful Wedding Ceremony. His repertoire, experience, and talent shines through in the most beautiful of ways. He was a great communicator, I always felt confident of his character and professionalism. He was able to play special songs for us as well, what a treat! Thank you so much John for creating an absolutely beautiful ceremony and cocktail hour for us! Your talent is a beautiful thing, and we will always appreciate you with the up most gratitude! I cannot recommend you highly enough!

Besides being a top notch professional and accomplished musician, John is a delightful presence as well. We hired John for our outdoor wedding and could not have been more pleased!

Private PartyReviewed on August 5, 2013From Antioch, CA

John almost immediately began complaining about the low music coming from the wedding next door. Throughout the night, he made it clear that he was a "Diva" and the people next door interfered with his performance. He complained so much that a guest reminded John that the night was not about him, and he was the hired help. We had to repeatedly remind John to be professional and to ignore the music from next door, which was noticable but not intrusive. This guy is conceited, more impressed with his musical skills than anyone else is and NOT worth the effort. His unprofessionalism and continual complaining was embarrassing and totally un-called for.

4hr gig, only 2-talks about DJ next to us, pounding LOUD MUSIC, NOT LOW. Client never disclosed prior or discussed my performance with the venue? I would NOT have taken the gig had I know! Guests still gave thumbs up, applause, and the client himself said he was enjoying my music. His son said; “You sound great, I know its hard to perform next to loud music”. Da! His guests blew up MANY really LOUD confetti FIREWORKS inside. A server said, “I thought it was gun shots!” Client broke vendors contract, management made them clean the room, said the worst ever. Client tried to pay me less, and break my contract too! Dishonest, clueless, person w/NO class! I had 5-Stars.

John was the best musician we have ever hired. He is extremely talented and his knowledge of all styles of music is remarkable. Additionally, he is a great guy, very personable, professional and interacts well with everyone. We highly recommend John and we will use him again.
