His initial band, White Lies, quickly garnered attention, culminating in a #4 ranking on Orange County Register's 1997 Top Ten original Bands list – a distinction shared with nationally touring and local acts alike. White Lies had the opportunity to open for industry recording artists Pat Benatar, Matchbox Twenty, John Waite, Eddie Money, Glenn Frey, The Goo Goo Dolls and Robben Ford. Ken's performances have spanned legendary venues including the Whisky a Go Go and The Roxy in Hollywood, alongside Orange County's The Coach House, The Galaxy, the Bren Events Center, and Irvine Meadows (Second Stage), both as a headliner and a supporting act. After the breakup of White Lies, Ken has dedicated the past 15 years to performing as an acoustic solo artist throughout the west coast, establishing a strong presence in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County.
