Hey I'm Michael, an Acoustic Performer from Minnesota with capabilities of Duo, Trio, and Full Band when needed. Here is some quick information about me that will help you decide if I'm the right fit for your event. As a wedding performer I received The Knot's 'Best of Weddings' every year I was eligible. Highlights included providing the entire day of wedding music for then Timberwolves Head Coach Ryan Saunders at the Machine Shop in MPLS. I have been featured in Minnesota Bride multiple times and hired by them for various parties and projects. For private events I am able to set the tone for your evening or be the main focus for a captive audience, whatever is best called for. I have been trusted by large National brands and small gatherings to set the vibe that is needed. Duluth Trading Company, Great Clips, Premier Pontoon, Yum Catering, and The Minnesota Wild to name a few. My song list is rich with Country, Pop, and Rock covers from many years of performing bars and clubs (or anywhere that would have me) for the first decade or so of my career. I've learned to read the room and see what is connecting, and switch things up when a change is needed. Most of my work is vocal driven so I would not choose me if looking for a strictly instrumental artist. In my own personal career I own multiple platinum records as a recording artist, and have hundreds of millions of streams and views on Spotify and YouTube for my own songs and songs I've worked on. Twice I have flown overseas to perform for audiences of 50 to 70 thousand people in Poland and have performed to sold out theaters here in the Midwest. Doing all of this with no management or industry representation. Just by remaining professional, working hard, and being relationship driven. On a personal level I am a father to three kiddos (2 Boys and a Girl) and my wife and I live on a remote 5 acre property in Minnesota surrounded by dogs, cats, and some chickens.
