Available for all June/Summer bookings following !** Hello Everyone !! My name is Nick Anastasia and i am a native born & bred JERSEY BOY, now New York City based, acoustic guitarist/vocalist (& DJ)! Although i'm new to "The Bash" i've been performing professionally around the world for over 13 years. Most of my time yearly is spent on the theatrical stage as an actor (hence the minimal, but OVERWHELMINGLY positive amount of reviews here!), but I’m thrilled to provide my acoustic/other services to the tri-state are in whatever extra time i have! In addition to catching me at a variety of bars and restaurants along the Jersey Shore, I’ve been very grateful to have performed across North America, Central America, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, & others, and have even been lucky enough to open for legendary acts such as Sting in Toronto and Macy Gray in Finland at the Big Band Festival. I’ve also recently performed aboard Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, and Disney Cruise Line, to name a few. I've also been extremely fortunate enough to have legendary guitarist Jon Herington of Steely Dan play on most of my studio recordings. I’ve been extremely grateful to have had some incredible performing opportunities, but what I’m most looking forward to ? YOUR EVENT! As you can tell from my song list, i LOVE 90's/2000's music quite a bit. BUT, i assure you i don't neglect any of the music before or after that time period in my sets ! I like to be as eclectic as possible, but that's really up to you ! My sets can be catered however you like - want more country? No problem ! HATE country? Bye bye, Luke Bryan. Feeling a bit more of the oldies? Done deal. New stuff you'd hear on the radio, with an acoustic twist? SOLD ! My point is, this is YOUR party, and i want you to have the best experience possible and promise to do everything in my power to make that happen. (I am also fully vaccinated and boosted, for those of you requesting that). As you can see in my title, i also have over 15 years of experience as a professional DJ...so if you're looking to add a little extra zing to your acoustic goodness, i can definitely accommodate! Feel free to go full acoustic, full DJ, or a combo of both. Obviously with the current climate of the world, performance jobs are extremely scarce, but i truly believe in the power of our industry to make strides forward. Music can change lives, and i like to think i bring that same attitude and love for what i do to every event i play at.
