Booking directly with us saves you money and adds creativity to your event that can't be found with other booking agencies. With the best prices in the area we offer t-shirts, tote bags, trucker caps, hoodies or a combination of these items! In addition to clothing we customize murals, backdrops, vehicle graphics, skate decks, instruments and more! All equipment, favors and supplies are provided by us except tables and chairs. Our airbrush systems don't require electricity and thats a big help if your event is outdoors or you have several other vendors that are fighting over outlet space! BIO: My name is KaliQ and I'm a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art, the owner of Airbrush Bar and a passionate artist! Airbrushing began for me in 2000 but my experience with art dates back to when I was drawing on the bedroom walls with crayons! In addition I'm a mural artist, graphic designer, and father. I view airbrushing as a performance that allows me to bring excitement and wonder to people of all ages. Having the Airbrush Bar at your next event will have a lasting effect on your guests! I take pride in making the parents and planners job easy by simplifying the price and process of designing multiple items. The price of your airbrush package depends on the number of guest that will receive a favor. Your guests will have the option of choosing one item for customizing, one of several designs, their name/nickname and 2 colors in addition to black. Event Overview: We ask for 1 hour of setup time prior to your event to get organized and to make sure your needs are understood. We offer T-shirts, Tote bags, Trucker Caps, footballs, hoodies and other ideas! Booking Notes: Lighting: Our environment must have good lighting in order for us to give you the level of service we wish to provide. If you know the dance floor and dining hall light will be dim moving the airbrush setup to an another room or section is often the answer. But we get jealous when we can't hear the music! Tables & Chairs: Please provide (2) 6ft. or 8ft Tables and (2) chairs. One table will be used for us to work and take orders, the second table will be used for guests to pick-up favors after they dry. Food Stations: Please allow 6 - 10 ft. of space between us and food stations, buffets and dessert tables. Insurance: We carry Commercial general liability Insurance over $1 Million. Items T-shirts: All t-shirts are white, unisex 100% cotton. White or light colored T-shirts are the best color to use. White T-shirts are affordable and all colors can be seen. Sizes: Adult S,M,L. Wash & Care Instructions: Set your iron to medium heat, place a clean cloth over the design and iron that area for 6 seconds. Wait for the garment to cool. Wash the garment in cold water with like colors, Air Dry Only. Trucker Caps: We provide all white mesh and foam trucker caps. One Size Fits Most. Any color can be provided with a custom quote. Hoodies & Sweatshirts: These items are white, unisex 8oz. 50/50 Blend Cotton/Polyester. Sizes: Adult S,M,L. Wash & Care Instructions: Set your iron to medium heat, place a clean cloth over the design and iron that area for 6 seconds. Wait for the garment to cool. Wash the garment in cold water with like colors, Air Dry Only. Sport Balls: All balls are shipped Deflated and require air prior to painting. Basketballs cost more than footballs and soccer balls due to their size, weight and material. Basketballs are also more difficult to paint due to being round and taking longer to dry. A Basketball Rack is recommended to display and organize balls. Design Process: - Choose an item or provide items for customizing - Choose 1 design on display board - Add name (Painted in black) - Choose 2 Colors - Your favor will be dry and ready for pick-up at the end of the event! - Airbrushing on Dark colored clothing is discouraged for events. They require more time and materials to make the design as vibrant as white clothing. - Airbrush on Shoes: Canvas and Leather only. (No portraits) Is Airbrush Safe? Yes! Airbrush art utilizes a controlled device to spray non-toxic paint on multiple surfaces without splattering anything on furniture and the surrounding guests! Accidents can occur but we are insured and take precaution by using drop-clothes and plastic to protect the surrounding area.
