We are Schroomville-The Allman Brothers Band Tribute. A 6 pc band of pro-level musicians that love bringing the music and spirit of The Allman Brothers Band to live audiences all over Texas and beyond. The Allman Brothers Band was one of the greatest and most influential bands to come along. Starting what became known as Southern Rock...A rock band playing the blues from a jazz perspective. Bill Graham of the Fillmore East called them "The best of them all" Starting in 1969, they really hit their peak of popularity in the early '70s. Continuing on through deaths in the band, drug abuse, and some break-ups and reconciliations, the ABB continued on creating great music for 45 years with songs like Statesboro Blues, Ain't Wastin Time, Melissa, Midnight Rider, Blue Sky, Jessica, Dreams, Good Clean Fun, Whipping Post and many more. Some of our performances have been: Granada Theater and Sundown at Granada in Dallas, Deep Ellum Art Co, Key's Lounge in Ft Worth, Tolbert's in Grapevine, Stumpy's in Arlington, Fat Daddy's in Mansfield, as well as others across the DFW area.
