We hired Sandra to play the keyboard at our christmas carolling party for Sunday December 21st with a 4:30 start time; total party to last up to 4 hours. She sent me an email at 6:32 pm on Saturday night (the night prior to the party) cancelling. I did not check my email until 4:35 pm Sunday when I was wondering where she was, as she was to arrive early to 'set-up'. Sandra and I had communicated via cell phone and email. I was very disappointed that she did not attempt to call me on Saturday, in addition to emailing me, when she needed to cancel the event. That way, I could have possibly found a replacement. I expect 100% refund of all monies paid. Jean Kerr
