Ali and the Wild Geese plays a variety of genres ranging from Americana to Indie-Folk Rock, Pop, Jazz, R&B, Classic Rock, Classical and many more. We have a diverse repertoire that includes both classic covers and original compositions. Our lead singer, Ali Cook, is an accomplished singer-songwriter, bassist, composer, and arranger with a soulful and crystalline voice that's been likened to Norah Jones and Gillian Welch. She's accompanied by Ryan VandeBrake on guitar and Daniel Benoit on upright bass. Together, we bring a unique and versatile sound to each performance. While Ali's extensive experience as a double bassist has taken her all over the world to play with renowned orchestras, she now leads our band in delivering high-quality music performances. We take pride in our professionalism and musicianship, which we bring to every event we play.
