Jefferson Jay is the front man and one of the most fun & talkative MC's that California has to offer. He is an extremely funny and bright-spirited individual bringing the good vibes, and a friendly, loving, glamorous, & energy-filled performance that any audience can enjoy! He is known for singing the national anthem at the Padres games, and as the original founder and president of the San Diego Music Hall of Fame. He is the talk of the town in almost every local newspaper, and has many albums out on Spotify, as well as many other digital platforms. The band as a whole can take any song request a couple weeks in advance for any wedding, or other event and play it in the style of the client's choosing in the instrumentation chosen by the client. Jefferson Jay plays guitar while singing, and can be hired as a solo artist who can also MC your entire event! The Duet Package includes Jefferson and his wife Leanne Pearl; who is one of the most amazing guitar singer-songwriters as well as Drummer playing/singing alongside Jefferson for many years. Please message the group to discuss any specific song requests for your wedding/festival/corporate event. The Trio Package will include a drummer and a bass player alongside Jefferson. The bass player Tony, played with Ravi Shankar for four years, and is himself the official Union Sitar player for the San Diego Symphony. The Band Package (4-Piece) will include an award-winning B3Hammond/Rhodes/keyboardist/violinist/instrumentalist Mikhail (SDMA Best Americana Album 2014) alongside the drums, bass, and Jefferson on Guitar & Vocals. The band can also be expanded with any of the following additions the client wishes to add: Guitar Soloist/Sitar/Violin/Flute/Trumpet/Saxophone/Harmonica/Choir/StringQuartet/Orchestra/Club DJ/Dancers etc given enough time to piece it together.... The client also has the option of splitting the band into smaller groups to play simultaneously at different areas of an event simultaneously i.e. at the start of a wedding in different rooms, or a classical Pianist playing Chopin for an hour, or even to DJ & MC the latter portions of the wedding for instance in whatever style the client chooses. Lastly, the full band can play a festival stage in a 4 or 5-piece formation with featured guest artists for certain numbers from various styles like country/hip-hop/blues/classic-rock/metal/reggae/ & More!!! The band is always on time, and early for sound-check, brings two sets of cables to avoid tech issues. Has various PA system options, as well as set duration options, and can dress in black or tux for special corporate gigs, wedding or background music etc. as well as other flashy dress options for festival and stage gigs.
