Wildlife adventurer, educator, and naturalist, Crystal Poyfair brings you decades of experience with exotic animals from around the world. Her involvement with media and travel provide an added unique style and comprehension to her wildlife educational programs. She has been featured on SnakebytesTV, local news segments, appeared in numerous newspaper articles, and is an Executive Producer on Herpers 3: Tales From The Field, the third installment of the award winning documentary series. Currently, Crystal's nature based production company, Operation Earth, is working on an YouTube nature adventure series, REPCO Wildlife Adventures! REPCO Wildlife Encounters is fully licensed and insured. In addition to birthday parties, we also offer research, education, propagation, conservation, and outreach! Not only do we service the entire state of Michigan, but we also offer bookings nationwide. Hi Sarah, I'm really sorry to hear you were disappointed with one of our programs. I'm the Assistant Director of Prehistoric World, and our traveling program wing, REPCO Wildlife, and I always want everyone to have a great time with our programs. I didn't realize anything was wrong as our presenter had said everyone seemed happy at the event and was very kind to him, so I figured all was well. We do in fact work with over 200 species at Prehistoric World Reptile Zoo, which is in Perry, NY and open to the public. It seems that our presenter brought some similar animals by circumstance, however I didn't have any notes for the second program stating to bring new species. We wish we knew before the review as we pride ourselves in our customer service and professionalism, and we would have been happy to try and make things up to you.
