I've been a guitarist for over 40 years and playing at weddings and special events regularly for the last eight years. I am a fingerstyle guitarist and play a variety of styles including classical, light jazz, Celtic, popular tunes, and even Hawaiian slack key. I can create arrangements for special songs or learn requested songs for your special day. I can accompany vocalists or play with other instrumentalists. I also play hammered and mountain dulcimer. I have recently added harp guitar to my repertoire. This beautiful instrument isn't commonly available for weddings or events, and its extra bass strings add an entire new dimension to my music. PLease note that I am not a vocalist myself. I have my own gear and take pride in easy, non-obtrusive set-ups and departures. Solo guitar, harp guitar, or hammered dulcimer add a touch of elegance to any wedding or special event. Every wedding is unique, and I place great importance on working with the couple to create the perfect music for the ceremony. I have played formal weddings in large churches, informal ceremonies in beautiful gardens, and small weddings held at home. I have played all around the southern/western Atlanta area and all the way to the Golden Isles of Georgia. I listed my music under Ambient Guitar because my goal is to provide relaxing, beautiful music that complements your event rather than intrude upon it.
