Wild Colonial Bhoys is an Irish/Celtic rock act based in St. Paul, Minnesota. The Bhoys' career began in late 2003 as a duo act playing in local Irish pubs, and has since blossomed into a seasoned touring five-piece band featuring guitars, fiddle, bass and drums. They play 200-250 shows a year. The Bhoys are extremely versatile, and have done everything from pubs and bars to clubs, weddings, corporate events, private parties and major Irish festivals across the United States. They have toured Ireland four times, with a fifth tour scheduled in 2017. Their lineup and presentation is flexible, and can fit your performance needs with anything from a two-piece acoustic guitar duo performance to a full-on five-piece Celtic rock show. Their repertoire contains over 400 songs, ranging from classic Irish ballads and traditional tunes to contemporary material by the Saw Doctors and other Irish favorites, in addition to original material in the vein of the Young Dubliners, Flogging Molly and the Pogues. They have released six albums, and have held three positions in the annual Top Ten Best of Irish Rock and Punk CD rankings on Paddy Rock Radio (Chicago). They are well known in the regional Irish music community, and are looking to expand to additional markets.
