Due to a schedule conflict, Cliff Walker facilitated our event in Jim's absence. Cliff did a SPECTACULAR job and everyone was super impressed with his professionalism and tempo in keeping everyone engaged. We will definitely look to bring him back next year!!!!

Jim was absolutely amazing! He had everybody laughing like crazy. Oh and, most importantly, he raised a TON of money! We had expected to raise a couple of thousand for charity, but he squeezed out over $20,000 from the crowd! Amazingly talented man!

Jim Ferrell arrived early and was dressed professionally. However, he is not recommended for giving customer service training.

This speech was for an office crew that were very nice people and I have given this training before. However, it was mainly to managers and business people who always gave me rave reviews. This office did not understand when I said that the average age in America is high now that "Boomers" are the largest segment and they cannot hear and see as well as they have before. Then to, there are a lot of people form other countries that do not understand English as well as others. These are some of the main causes of communication and customer service problems, therefore they must write larger and speak slower and clearly. I gave them examples out of the newspaper of the

Jim helped us raise more from our live auction than we had in the past! He was prompt and professional in our preparation e-mails and calls before the event. More than just an auctioneer, Jim was a showman, too. Great job!
