About VendorÂ

As a professional piper, I have been playing the Great Highland Bagpipe for 19 years. I am presently a member of the Oklahoma State University Pipes & Drums and former member of the City of Tulsa Pipes & Drums. I have performed at numerous funeral services, military honor services, birthday parties, retirement parties, church services including Native American churches and, a Cowboy Church in Wichita Falls, TX. I have also played for both public and private schools from elementary grades to university level institutions. Most recently, I played my pipes to start the inaugural golf tournament at the beautiful golf course in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in late August 2024. I have also had the honor of playing my bagpipes over several graves in Arlington National Cemetery. Notably, General of the Army, George C. Marshall's grave; General of the Army, Omar Bradley's grave; and Capt. Johnny Micheal Spann's grave in October 2012 (all pictured in the gallery). Captain 'Mike' Spann, USMC, was the first American to die in what has become known as the "GLOBAL WAR ON TERROR" after Sept. 11, 2001. By invitation, I was honored to meet the Spann family in July 2015 at their home in Winfield, Alabama where I played my pipes for them in honor of their son, Mike Spann. I have performed in several area churches including Asbury Church, First Methodist Church, First Presbyterian Church (all in Tulsa) as well as in Claremore at the First Presbyterian Church for their Reformation Sunday worship service and First Assembly of God Church on Veteran's Recognition Sunday. Also, at the First Baptist Church in Sapulpa for their annual Patriotic program on July 3rd. (2016) the First Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas for their Christmas cantata, "Peace on Earth" (December 2016 & 2017 & 2024). I was invited to perform at the First Baptist Church in Broken Arrow for their Memorial Sunday services on May 30, 2021. I have been invited to put on programs at several Lions Clubs and Rotary International Clubs (Tulsa - Henryetta - Okmulgee - Bartlesville) as well as several Senior Citizen's organizations. In July 2016 & 2018, I was invited to play for a Gideon's State Fund Rally for the Okmulgee Camp. (Pictured is Gideon International speaker from Ghana, West Africa, Israel George Akuaku). I am honored to have been invited to play my bagpipes at the Oklahoma State Capitol, House of Representatives, for Tartan Day, April 6, 2017 by invitation of the Speaker of the House. (See photo gallery) My piping repertoire includes patriotic tunes, Christmas tunes, traditional Scottish & Irish tunes, wedding marches and tunes of faith. My attire is that of a traditional Scottish Highland Piper. Over the years, my piping has taken me to numerous states including Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Georgia, Virginia, North Dakota, New York, Vermont, Idaho and, of course, Oklahoma. A majority of my requests comes from Oklahoma and NW Arkansas. In November 2015, I played the pipes for a 90-year-old veteran's surprise birthday party at the request of the Bartlesville Lions Club. I have been invited back to the Bartlesville Lions Club to play my pipes in January 2017 again for the veteran. I have played for the shotgun start of golf tournaments, in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Henryetta, Oklahoma City, Norman, Muskogee and,Owasso at the Patriot Golf Course, for the American Cancer Society, and in beautiful NW Idaho at the Coeur d'Alene Golf Course. AAA Oklahoma recognizes men and women in the Oklahoma Highway Patrol each year at an awards luncheon. In 2018, I was invited to play my pipes for this event to be held at the new Edmond Convention Center in Edmond, OK. The event was held on March 29th. Pictured is OHP "Trooper of the Year" Brian Costanza and his trusted piper at the awards luncheon in March 2017. I am a graduate of Kemper Military School & College in Boonville, MO with continued studies at the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Baptist University. I am married to my wife, Linda, of 56 years and we are blessed with three grown children and eight beautiful grandchildren. I am honorably discharged from the US Army having served proudly during the Vietnam era with the 24th Infantry Division stationed in Augsburg, Germany. If you are looking for a piper and the sound of the Great Highland Bagpipe for any occasion, I am a click away. I will work with the client and, if needed, I can recommend tunes that will be appropriate for your special occasion. I would be pleased to provide you pricing and referrals upon request. All inquiries are welcome. PLEASE NOTE: a video is available on this platform.

Amazing Grace Piper:
Cameron, thank you for the Five Star review! I appreciate it very much. As mentioned earlier, it was an honor to be invited to play my pipes for your father-in-law's memorial in Wichita, KS last Saturday. My prayer is that the sound of the pipes will help bring healing to your family in their time of loss. Respectfully yours-Awards & BadgesÂ
