Mr. Mitchell was dependably on time for our mother's memorial service (even early), was very professional, plus he was extremely supportive and respectful of our family before and after the service. His performance was gorgeous. He has played for our brother's service, our father's service, and now our mother's service, and I couldn't be more pleased with his overall demeanor and his excellent performance on bagpipes. It was incredibly special and means so much to me to have had the gift of Mr. Mitchell's bagpipes in honoring my family. Thank you, Mr. Mitchell, from the depths of my heart! MH

Burt communicated well, he understood and appreciated my requests, he was punctual, his attire was spot on, I would call him back in a heartbeat. This was my mother's funeral. Thank you Burt

Burt gave us exactly what we wanted. From his outfit, to his playlist, to his function in the ceremony, Burt not only met our expectations, he exceeded them. His piping was perfect. I am a piper myself and so knew precisely what I should hear from him and he blew me away. Great playing, more than accommodating in his role in the wedding, and very professional.
