Anyone planning a funeral knows how very important every detail is in honoring your loved one. Eugene King was Irish; we wanted a bagpiper. Chris Martin was the first to respond to my request on the Bash site and was responsive throughout my many calls as we worked out the program with the pastor. He was practically family by the time the day came. I felt comforted any time I spoke with him. The chapel at GW Memorial Park is a challenge for bagpipe music. Chris was early, right at the entrance. Everyone was so moved by his beautiful rendition of Danny Boy, Amazing Grace and other songs that led us into, within, and out of the service. Chris was a blessing for us!!!!

Chris did an excellent performance! This was a surprise for my Father's 75th Birthday, with this pandemic going on he was able to bring joy to my Father's day! He is no longer able to travel and his performance brought great memories come alive. He played from the driveway and brought tears to everyone's Irish eyes!

Chris was wonderful. He played at my dad’s memorial. We had never hosted a memorial and there were many unknowns about timings etc and Chris could not have been more accommodating and professional. On top of that, his playing was beautiful and couldn’t have been more perfect. My dad would have loved it, thank you Chris.
