We hired Raphael to perform at a funeral and could not be happier in our selection. He was sensitive to our loss, professional and helpful in our song selection, communication was easy and clear and he played so beautifully that it was just perfect. Would highly recommend!

His performance was entertaining and emotional, the attendees were delighted by the selection of music and even a few requests were made. At the end of the performance Dr. Pazo's was courteous enough to take the the time to chat and answer questions. It wasn't just the music but Dr. Pazo's gracious charming character that made the experience enjoyable for everyone.

Dr. Pazo was wonderful to work with. We couldn't have asked for more. It is such a difficult time and he showed great care and empathy in our interactions. He played beautifully and he made our last good-bye to our father so very special. I will never forget it. Thank you, Raphael!

Great communication. Did a quick sound check to determine best location prior to event start. Unfortunately, I was busy elsewhere, so I didn't get to hear much of the first set of music, but I was able to hear the second set, which was good.
