We hired Tim to play bagpipes for our son’s wedding. Despite contacting him on short notice, he was willing and able to travel a long distance to perform at the wedding. Our son and his bride loved doing their “grand entrance “ to the reception led by Tim playing “ Scotland the Brave.” He also coordinated very well with the DJ to mix in a few bagpipe tunes with the other reception music. We were very pleased with Tim’s services and would highly recommend him.

Tim is amazing! He was hired to play a memorial service for my father. I wanted to be a surprise to everyone so Tim hid out and appeared in the church right on cue as we discussed. The surprise was a huge hit and very touching.
Tim was there on time and accommodated us when we asked him to play a little extra than we originally planned. His professionalism is only surpassed by his talent. I would highly recommend you hire him for your event.
This was a very special day for us and it was really important that this went off without a hitch, Tim did not disappoint. The number of positive comments I had about him was remarkable.

This is Tim's third year with us. He helps us open our International Education Week celebration by leading a flag parade across our campus. His music is great and the bagpiper helps to remind everyone of the day's events. We enjoy working with Tim and were glad he was available to return for our 2014 celebration.

I booked Timothy Burke to play for my wedding in April 2012. I would not hesitate to recommend him. His playing was great, and he was 100% reliable. I am a professional musician so I have high standards, and he met them easily. In addition, I am from Scotland so am very familiar with bagpipers: he can easily compare to the best of them over there! Additionally, his prices were fair. Highly recommended.

Timothy was very professional and accommodating to the needs of the family. Unfortunately at the last minute, the family decided that they didnot want bagpipes after all the coordination. So we did not get a chance to enjoy his undoubtedly fabulous classic Christain renditions.
But he was my first choice!

This is the second year we have hired Tim to play/lead our international flag parade for International Education Week. While we didn't ask for much variety, he did exactly what we needed, was prompt and ready to play and clearly prepared to help us make our event successful. We hired Tim to help lead our parade of flags as an opening to our celebration of International Education Week. Since his performance was rather brief, there wasn’t a lot of time to evaluate talent and no need for special requests. He arrived on time, was dressed and ready to play and did a great job. Our expectations were met and we have no complaints about his performance. Our communication prior to the event could have been a little better to make sure we had the documents required by our Accounting Office to process is payment.

Tim was awesome! He responded quickly to my need of a bagpiper. He listened carefully to our needs and wants, driving 6 hours to our venue to play on Sunny Cove Beach. He was punctual, cordial and just an all round super guy! Thank you Tim for making our small, intimate family/friends wedding so very special! We had waited a long time to finally hold the wedding due to Covid. It went off without a hitch!
