New to gigmasters Greg ( Worcester's bagpiper ) Has been on the scene for sometime ,and with a professional attitude combined with skillfull playing as well as attention to detail big and small Would like to bring a touch of highland class to your event. Greg has experience not only with playing for funerals , weddings , and events of all types but is a member as well as past Pipe Major of the famous Worcester Kiltie Band. From a Scottish family filled with pipers Greg continues the tradition with his first lessons being from his grandfather then instruction from Pipe Major Neil Gow long time Worcester resident originally from Aberdeen Scotland . Besides band competition Greg also competes solo , and has many prizes to his name so you can expect to have quality music from a musician serious about what he does . This year Greg went to Scotland to compete with his band placing 11th overall out of 28 of the best bands in there class in the world. From church services to whiskey tastings , and sunset weddings Greg would like to have the chance to be part of your event making those memoribale moments ones worth remembering. Please feel free to request a quote , and remember Greg is willing to work with those on budgets !

Greg was great. He responded promptly to my request. It was very easy to coordinate the logistics. He arrived early to warm up the pipes and the event went exactly on time. I highly recommend him.

He did a great job. However, he was late to the church and only played for 5 minutes before the mass started. It seemed that everyone enjoyed hearing him play after the mass however. It was just a bummer because him playing was a surprise gift to the groom's dad and we were hoping for him to be playing when the groom's father arrived. He did sound great though and did a good job when he was there.

Greg played at my father's internment ceremony at a cemetery. He played all the songs requested and worked with me to create a schedule that flowed. He was highly respectful and professional. His demeanor was very fitting for this event. I would highly recommend Worcester's Bagpiper and would hire him in the future should we be in need of a bagpiper.
