Want to add that special touch of the unmistakable sound of the bagpipes to your event? Do you need a bagpiper who has fulfilled over 600 requests, half of those funeral services, and someone who has studied with some of the world’s best piping instructors? Then I am your piper!! Located in the Central Mississippi area, more specifically Brandon/Rankin County, I am available to travel around the state and surrounding states for funerals, memorial services, special events, surprise birthday parties, educational presentations, church programs and presentations, children's activities, library presentations (Celtic music and history,) and the like. I have been playing since 2002 and am available on short notice if necessary. My fee will depend on the distance travelled to your function, as sometimes it takes hours to travel to the destination. Contact me to add that lovely and unique sound of the pipes to your gathering. I arrive fully dressed in Scottish attire to add an additional special touch. The weather determines the outside events, however, so I may have to offer some suggestions for how to arrange the music in those certain situations. In the event that I am not available for the date you requested, I will do my best to find a suitable replacement nearby. Please ask me for a list of sacred hymns, Celtic tunes or more modern selections that I can play as the list is too exhaustive to list here. Know that not all tunes requested can be played on the bagpipes, due to the range of notes in the musical selection, so I may not be able to fulfill your request. However, I can suggest an alternate replacement tune. My goal is to provide a unique and memorable experience for you and your attendees. Of course “Amazing Grace” is my most requested selection.
