Cindy was friendly, responsive and arrived on time. We did a safari themed birthday party for my sons 1st birthday and her animal balloon art was awesome. Her balloons were enjoyed by both the kids and adults at our event. If you’re considering balloon twisting for your party don’t hesitate to book Cindy.
