I highly recommend Bill! We hired him to juggle and make balloon animals for our carnival themed float in our annual Halloween parade and it all went so well! Bill was very accommodating as this wasn’t a typical event and required some coordination with timing, parking, etc. Bill made all the kids balloon animals while we waited on the parade to start and then walked and juggled during the parade. He also made balloon animals to hand out to some of the kids watching the parade. Needless to say he was big hit and our float came in 1st place! I would definitely hire Bill again for parties, parades or any other event!
