The woman showed up about 5-10 minutes prior to the start time. She was very subdued and not engaging with the kids. I'd expect someone in this line of work to be one of the overly friendly, bubbly personality. Not one who looks like she's half asleep. Her balloon animals were unrecognizable. Kids were getting them (they were happy) but us adults were asking each other "what in the world is that". Face painting was on a par with prior mentioned. Kids did seem happy, but they were 4-9 years old. Us adults hardly noticed. We expected her to be the life of the party. No, I don't recommend.

I have received positive feedback in the past with this performer many times. I wish we had been told sooner about your less than satisfactory experience. We will be in touch with the performer and you to offer something to make it right.

The performer did a good job she enteracted well with everyone. I would recommend her services plus hire her again. The only thing I would suggest that she would dress a little better, she looked a little untidy. But overall she did a good job.

Both the balloon twister & the face painter showed up on early. Both provided excellent services and were very friendly. Should I need these entertainment services again, I will definitely use Wacky Zack's Magic and Balloons. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Booked this company for a kids birthday party 2 years ago. Very professional. They arrived on time and guests were impressed with the talent of the person they sent. They did balloon twisting and face painting. Kids and adults love her! I just wished they have costumed characters.

We had a wonderful experience with "magic & balloons"! The clown did amazing face paint. We hired her for my sons first B-day party, she was a hit!!!!! We will definetly use them again!!!! ??

The performer came on time and was very friendly with all our guests. She was quite accomodating to the variety of requests submitted by the guests. Everyone was really impressed by her talent and enjoyed having her at our event. I would definitely use the services of Magic and Balloons again for future events!

My expectations were exceeded by the performer! All dealings with this company's staff were professional and courteous. They were also accomidating of my wants for my daughter's party to make it unique and special. The performer arrived on-time, stayed in character the entire party, and made my daughter feel like she was the most important person in the world! I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends and will be using them again in the future. I am a VERY SATISFIED customer!!

It was great. Our entertainer was on time and stayed a little more than the hour so that every child was sure to get a balloon animal/creation. Unfortunately for us, the party was outside, so most of the balloons popped within minutes of the kids getting them. They thought it was hilarious though, so I guess it worked out okay! I would definitely use them again for an event.

Kelly is a very sweet young lady. She was on time, which was nice. Her skill level is needing some work. And some more enthusiasm would be nice. But overall the kids had a great time and that's all that really mattered at this particular party. Considering I think she may be new at this game, I think she did an nice job. I think the prices are fair as well.
