Highly recommend Phil!! He was very nice, great with the guests, reliable and a talented balloon artist. He added a lot of fun to my kid’s birthday party and I would absolutely hire him again. Several other guests even requested his contact information for future events. Also, his pricing is so reasonable, no hidden fees like other quotes I had received. Thanks so much Phil!!
