Hi! Welcome to 5 O’Clock Sips! We’re a husband-and-wife-owned mobile bartending service serving the Inland Empire, LA, and Orange County. We started 5 O’Clock Sips in 2024, and since then, we’ve had so much fun being a small part of so many special celebrations! Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, backyard party, or any reason to celebrate, our goal is simple: to bring a fun, welcoming bar experience that you and your guests can enjoy. We’ll take care of the bar setup, drinks, and all the little details so you can focus on having a great time with the people you love. We truly appreciate every client who chooses us to be part of their special day, and we’d love the opportunity to celebrate with you too! We hired Carolina to bartend our baby shower this weekend, and she was amazing. From the moment she arrived, she brought incredible energy, professionalism, and creativity. Her espresso martinis were legendary — perfectly balanced, frothy, and unforgettable (people are still talking about them!). She also crafted stunning mocktails so everyone felt included. Carolina ran the bar seamlessly, remembered everyone’s favorites, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Beyond her talent, she was warm, fun, and truly felt like part of the celebration. If you get the chance to book her — do it. She’s not just a bartender, she’s an experience-maker!

Carolina bartended at our family birthday gathering and she did an excellent job with the drinks and her service. Everyone was very please and complemented how great the drinks were and how professional Carolina was throughout the event. I would strongly recommend 5 O'clock Sips LLC bartending any event and definitely would love to have them back at our family events. Thank you, Carolina for catering our event.
