Hey there, and welcome to 5 O’Clock Sips! We’re a dry hire mobile bartending service serving the IE, LA, and OC areas. My husband and I started this business in 2024, and it’s been such a blast helping make our clients’ events extra special. We don’t just show up with a cooler of drinks, we bring handcrafted cocktails, whether they’re our own creations or your personal favorites. We hired Carolina to bartend our baby shower this weekend, and she was amazing. From the moment she arrived, she brought incredible energy, professionalism, and creativity. Her espresso martinis were legendary — perfectly balanced, frothy, and unforgettable (people are still talking about them!). She also crafted stunning mocktails so everyone felt included. Carolina ran the bar seamlessly, remembered everyone’s favorites, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Beyond her talent, she was warm, fun, and truly felt like part of the celebration. If you get the chance to book her — do it. She’s not just a bartender, she’s an experience-maker!

Carolina bartended at our family birthday gathering and she did an excellent job with the drinks and her service. Everyone was very please and complemented how great the drinks were and how professional Carolina was throughout the event.
