The absolute worst and I mean worst experience ever. single-handedly RUINED my girlfriends birthday and proposal party. Imagine ordering two bartenders for a 4 hour event. One bartender claimed she went to the wrong address and was an hour away from the venue at the time of the event and proceeded to never show up or make contact again. The other bartender showed up, greeted me, saw the owner of the venue and LEFT. Without announcement or any communication whatsoever. Honestly the oddest thing I’ve ever seen… leaving me with NO bartenders. Get this, I reach out to Wendy the manager and she was unprofessional. She proceeded to justify STILL charging me. DO NOT BOOK!!

Our outstanding five-star rating demonstrates our dedication to ethical business practices. Although regrettable, the first bartender's unprofessional behavior led to her immediate termination.
I find your statement regarding the second bartender's absence unconvincing. Doesn't the photographic evidence I sent you show you and your fiancé, thereby confirming my bartender's presence? Furthermore, your refusal to communicate directly with her, instead using a third party, is concerning.
Your actions raise serious questions.
Your character speaks volumes, and let's not forget your attempt at a charge back for your final payment. Why would you lie?
I will gladly issue you a full refund if you can prove the photographic evidence I sent you is 100% fabricated.

Everything was Wenderful! Wenderful Bartenders and event staff exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier! Wendy and her staff were true professionals, my guests had nothing but glowing compliments. Wendy even made mocktails for our little ones , that the adults ordered them too. Just loved every moment of it.
