Welcome to All Occasions Bartending. My name is Shawn Olmstead and I am the founder and lead bartender. For the best part of a decade, I worked in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants. Eight years ago, I started bartending private events and found my passion. From this enjoyment, All Occasions Bartending was born. I love my job as I get to celebrate something every day I work. When only one bartender is needed, I will be there to fulfill your needs. Additional bartenders can be staffed for larger events. We are centrally located in Orange County, but serve parts of LA County and the Inland Empire upon request. Pricing is tailored to meet the needs of each event. We also carry liquor liability insurance, TIPS certification & bartending certificate/license. Thank you for taking the time to see what we're about. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

We hired Shawn for our son's wedding reception . BEST decision ever! Shawn responded quickly to any question during the planning. I needed someone to help with food service and Shawn suggested someone who was perfect! Shawn showed up early to be FULLY prepared for the party. He provided EVERYTHING but the alcohol, which makes it so much easier! Great personality, very professional. And the drinks were great too. When I said he provides everything but the alcohol, I mean.... ice, water, sodas, juices, mixers, cups, straws, napkins, and his own bar. Perfect! If I ever need bartending services again, I will definitely call Shawn!
