Aubrey notified us she was ill but contracted Kim who was experienced and even trained others to bartend at our party. Aubrey said she had communicated all the details with Kim. Unfortunately when Kim arrived she told us many items discussed with Aubrey had not been communicated to her. Kim was kind and worked hard however the feedback from our guests were she appeared to be very inexperienced. Our specialty martini was room temp poured from a pitcher rather than shaken so was room Guest also said the expresso martinis our other specialty drink tasted watered down and some said theirs didn’t have any alcohol flavor at all. Pizazz was missing from the drinks.

Thank you for your feedback, Gayle. Kim is a highly experienced bartender, and I communicated all event details, including recipes for your specialty drinks. For the Snowflake Martini, Kim followed the recipe you provided, shaking each drink (as all martinis should be), & adding dry ice as per requested.
Regarding the espresso martinis, those were pre-made by you so the recipe and alcohol content were outside Kim's control. Several last-minute changes, like moving the bar indoors, missing trash bags (the musician had to get her one), & unclear instructions on wine bottles, caused unnecessary challenges.
Kim said she had to leave the bar to locate the wine and confirm what could be used from your husband, which slowed the service. Despite these obstacles, Kim worked tirelessly, and even stayed late to handwash your wine glasses, which was not part of her bartending role or the package you booked.
Kim's direct feedback was that everyone was happy with the drinks and service.

Aubrey was great! She was super helpful, made great drinks and all of the party guests said how nice she was. I was so glad I had her help for my holiday party! I would definitely have her bartend for me again!

Aubrey and her team was awesome! She was on time, friendly, and most importantly made excellent drinks. We will definitely be using her for future events!
