Excellent communication with Beth in a timely manner once I initiated my request. Beth contacted me and told me what her server would do and the cost. We needed a server to handle 60 guests and lots of kids for a Welcome home from deployment party.
The server she sent was courteous, friendly and very efficient. Our guests all commented on what a great job she did. We were all so happy to enjoy the party and know the guests were in very capable hands.

bartender didnt show up for my event

I wanted to let you know the circumstances of why the bartender didn't show up
This was a last-minute booking, and I did my best to ensure everything went smoothly.
The client booked it late Friday night without talking to me first
Unfortunately, the bartender experienced a flat tire en route to the party. By the time I was informed of the issue, the event had already started two hours prior, I was unable to find a replacement in time. The bartender is a single mother with two small children who was on her way and really needed the income. She had to wait for a tow truck, which didn't arrive until 8 pm, further complicating the situation.
I have been in business for over 16 years, and this is the first time a staff member has not shown up to work a scheduled event.
I believe that the review left does not reflect the effort and professionalism I and my staff try to uphold.
I appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
