Wine Tasting Seminars Wine Tasting Seminars are also a great way to try wines from regions or vintages you've never experienced before without having to make an off the shelf risk selection. Wine tasting seminars are geared to smaller groups between 2-10 people and ideal for: * Office team building, Girls'/Boys' night out, Intimate Reunions, Couples evening, Sunday Brunch or Smaller Family events. El Dorado Hospitality's Sommelier consults with you on your general tasting preferences based on the type of event or theme. Included in this service, each guest receives a complimentary Wine Tasting package to record their impressions of the wines. Mixology Seminars Mixology Seminars are a great way to enhance and bring fun to small group events. El Dorado Hospitality's Mixologist has won various competitions for creating new and innovative cocktails/drinks utilizing fresh tropical fruits and vegetables. Mixology Seminars are fully customized & include: * History of your favourite cocktails * Art of combining flavors to create balance, texture and great taste * How to infuse your favorite natural flavors into a tasty cocktail * Techniques for reinventing your favourite classic cocktail * Complementary note taking pads for each Guest And of course TASTING, TASTING, TASTING! We'll work with you to create a unique name for a custom cocktail created during the seminar. Mobile Mixologist/Bartending Service: The bar has always been the focal point of any gathering. Having a knowledgeable, skilled, engaging and well-spoken person at the bar is a direct reflection of the host. All of EDH's Bartenders are highly skilled, full time professional, TIPS certified bartenders at very reputable establishments. During the complementary consultation process our Representative will listen to your preferences to create the experience you envision for your guests and reduce your stress. It is strongly recommended that a walk through of the space occur prior to the event. During this session, we will discuss crowd flow, parking, setup and storage.
