It was a fabulous event thanks to Sheena. She was able to handle fancy, fancy “mocktails” for 35 13-14 year olds for three hours. I don’t know how she did it. There was every concoction you could think of, each one more sparkly than the last. They were feeling very grown up. They had a blast. Sheena is very professional. Great communication before the event. Everything was taken care of. I didn’t worry about a thing. Everything was spotless when she left. A lot of hard work and care went into making my daughter's birthday event a night to remember. Would not hesitate using for any event.

This was simple and straight forward from start to finish and Garnished Events/Sheena stayed on top of the details and made sure we were prepared for our event. The day of, our bartender, Brandon, showed up early, accommodated our setup and made sure everyone had a good time. Sheena, the bartender we used from Garnished Events, was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. This was a school-related event so we were unfamiliar with the process but Sheena communicated in a way that made this easy for all of us. She was quick, well-dressed and attentive--she even helped to clean up a few spills! I would recommend Garnished Events without reservation. Thank you!

Overall satisfied. Great service was provided to the guests. Only thing was had to purchase additional mixers even though we purchased the gold package which included them because enough was not provided. Would recommend Garnished Events.

Hello Janis, thank you for the review. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. There is no way of telling exactly what mixers the majority of a particular crowd will use. So we supply the bartenders with a standard quantity of mixers that would cover the drinks to our best ability. Sheena did say we ran out of Ginger-ale and she had to use the extra you purchased. We are happy you were willing to work with us for this accommodation. Thank you.

She showed up without the equipment promised, our dj had to open bottles of wine with an old screw driver all night. She put out a tip jar even theough we requested not too, it was an open bar! And she coped an attitude with my mom when asked to put it away. When the groom asked for a beer she handed him an unopened bottle, because she didnt have a bottle opener! I gave her a 50$ tip at the end of the night but then she called my mom 3 times hounding for more of a tip, which my mom stupidly gave her! Very unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend this bartender to anyone!

Bartender was a no-show. I spent a good portion of my evening tending bar. There was no call, email, or any other contact regarding the bartender's inability to make the event.

Good evening Gary, I am only now seeing your review. Please note we have already contacted TheBash.com, requested a full refund to you and has sent you an additional $200 (equal value of original payment) voucher for any of our future services with no expiration date. As discussed, we coincidently had 2 clients named Gary for the same day of service. The new office admin, referenced one Gary's event and assumed we only had one Gary as a client. It was an honest mistake being that there was two Gary's scheduled. However, it isn't an excuse, that is why we have tried to make things right. As a company we strive for excellence.
