Helping Hands Party Staffing is a registered, insured business based out of Mercer County, NJ. Our priority is to relieve the host of all the stress and work involved in entertaining. We offer professional, experienced and friendly wait staff, bartenders and kitchen/grill help. Helping Hands Party Staffing offers bartenders that are certified in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Our bartenders arrive with all necessary bar tools, beverage chilling containers and even tables and coolers if needed. From weddings to birthday parties, bbq's to corporate functions, showers to housewarming parties - no party is too big or to small. My team is dedicated to taking the stress and work out of hosting any type of celebration. Some of the many tasks we will perform: Set-up of bar and/or any beverage area(s) Set-up of buffet and hors d'oeuvres station Complete set-up of venue including tables, chairs, tablecloth, place settings, glasses and your centerpiece along with any other décor Heating/cooking and plating of any hors d'oeuvres Passing of hors d'oeuvres Serving of food during buffet or plated meals Replenishing of buffet Consistent monitoring of trash throughout the event. Set-up of dessert table Set-up of coffee service Cake cutting and plating Champagne toast Clean-up and packaging of any left over food Clean-up at the end of the event including but not limited to washing of dishes, sweeping of floors, trash removal.
