The booking process was considerably more complicated than it had to be. The person I emailed with seemed to forget certain things we'd already agreed upon and it took several emails back and forth to get simple questions answered. This is a bummer when trying to plan a wedding, where there's so much to do and keep track of. Then they switched me to a different contact person, who didn't seem to be informed about what the first person and I had agreed upon. In the end, the bartender showed up a did a fine job, although we had agreed ahead of time that they wouldn't put out a tip jar and they ended up putting one out anyway. Probably wouldn't use them again.
