Kevin was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the process. His response time was quick. The pricing was fair. The team was punctual and friendly. My only criticism, and it may be our fault was the need for direction. Desserts were supposed to be on a stand but were set out in boxes, for example. Overall we were happy with their service.

Thank you for your kind words Margot. It was a beautiful DIY reception with lots of family chipping-in. Unfortunately, for whatever reason (and unbeknownst to me) the couple chose to delete the planned dessert, cake table w/cloth from the rental order; and no dessert display trays or stands were provided by the couple or guests who brought desserts. Without warning the couple moved the dessert service time up by nearly 45 minutes while our crew was in the midst of bussing, scraping/rinsing dinnerware. So there was a quick dash to move desserts into service. We re-purposed the rustic app table for the boxed desserts. So we did our best on it. Sincerely, Kevin
