Spirito Bar Co is Austin's veteran-owned mobile bar service, bringing full-service bartending to weddings, private parties, corporate events, and everything in between. I'm Marc, founder and lead bartender, an Air Force veteran with over a decade of hospitality experience before starting this business. When you book with me, you're working directly with the person behind the bar, not a rotating cast of contracted staff. From our first conversation through the last call of the night, I'm the one showing up, and the one you can reach if anything changes. I run a dry hire model, which means you provide the alcohol and I bring everything else: TABC-certified bartending, full bar setup and breakdown, all tools and equipment, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, napkins, and liability insurance. Gratuity is always included, so there's no tip jar and no surprise costs. Every booking gives back too. 5% of every event goes to a charity of your choice, and I offer a discount for military, veterans, first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers. Whether it's an intimate backyard gathering or a large-scale celebration, I show up prepared and treat every event like it's the only one on the calendar that day.
